Cameron Court is situated at the former Plasmon Mills site off Fleurs Place. Local shopping facilities and amenities are located nearby. There is a railway station within a 15 minute walk with trains to Inverness and Aberdeen.

There are 18 flats on one level with an integral day care centre. There is a residents lounge and dining room with meals provided twice daily by staff on site. All heating is provided by electric storage heaters with hot water provided by an immersion heater.

There are staff on site at all times with each resident having a named member of staff who is their key worker.
